Blaze Orange vest - for your orienteering

    If you nromally go out on and intermediate course (Orange course) or Advance courses (Brown, Green, Red or Blue) you might think about purchasing a blaze orange vest to wear in the woods.  This year in Pennsylvania as in the past few years hunting will be allowed on a few Sundays in November (16th, 23rd, 30th) 

    [The French Creek North map is being used for a DVOA local on Sunday 11/23/25]

    Starting in 2026 Sunday hunting will be expanded to most PA state parks that allow hunting based on park-specific evaluations.

    Based on the above information a blaze orange vest will be a good investment.  If your slow like me a blaze orange hat might also be a good investment.
