Still willing to split a hotel/motel or campsite with anyone if they have room and want some company.

Also what's the model map thing all about? Looks like it's a free walkabout on a small portion of the map? What's the purpose, just to get a feel for the terrain?

The long range forecast is looking most enjoyable.

The model event is to get a feel for the terrain and the style of the mapper.  Sometimes it is just a snippet of map to walk around on and sometimes there are controls on it. Looks like they have some controls out on this one. In this case it might be good to see how green those green areas really are.

Thanks Bob, but I was lucky enough to hook up with a site already.

I had a great time in the woods putting out controls! I think the event was quite successful. Peter Gagarin enjoyed things, which is high praise: http://www.attackpoint.org/viewlog.jsp/user_62/period-3/enddate-2011-06-27

Anyone else having trouble accessing the Deer Lake results?  I can get the Sunday Keystone results but Safari and Firefox don't find anything at the Deer Lakes links.

At least on my browser, after the Keystone map loads, all I see is white space -- but the map IS there;  just click the "-" button until it's visible.
