On behalf of Joe Logan:

As a "rank and file" member of WPOC, I want to thank the members of DVOA who helped at the Keystone Capers A Meet. I was on the setting and vetting crew, and I appreciate the time and effort that Tom Overbaugh, Mark Cornish, Hugh McMullan, and Ralph Tolbert put in. A great crew. Also a thank you to Sandy Fillebrown and Nancy Sharp for your help on the timing. My apologies if I missed anyone - I was (literally) "down in the weeds" and didn't get a chance to meet everyone involved.

While we would have been proud to be associated with this highly successful event, I am not aware of any assistance provided by HVO.  From what I saw, all the credit should go to DVOA, NEOOC, and, of course, WPOC.
