Easy Job ! Event Director wanted for.........

Topic created by rgbortz on Sat Apr 23, 2011 at 7:56 pmHay Creek, May 22 needs an event director. All the [ work ] has been or will be mostly done. The courses are set and I am willing to do most of the event day set up and take down with the help of hopefully a person new to the experience of event director. This event will happen whether or not we get a volunteer for E.D., experienced or not, but it would be great for the club if someone would step up and and get their feet wet without having to jump in the deep end. The event director just needs to coordinate personnel to help on the day of the event, and whatever else it takes to put on an event, if you so desire.
