It is time to confirm the spring schedule, but there are still many events without volunteers.  We must confirm more event directors and course setters in the next two weeks to assure a full spring schedule.  Email me, post here, or sign up at the winter meeting.  We need a strong 2015 schedule.

I would like a course setter for June 7 at Springton Manor. I can help with vetting or guide new course setter through process but do not have time for all duties. Hit me up at the winter meeting or erikreddy@gmail.com. Erik

I've added the positions to the web schedule that were filled during the winter meeting.  There are still lots of blanks that need to be filled.  The longer we wait, the less likely we are to get our permissions done in a timely manner.

We are running out of time for setting up the spring schedule.  We are already running the risk of not being able to secure permissions for the dates we want as other groups get their plans made and begin reserving parking areas and pavillions.  Post here or email Mary or me ASAP if you can direct or course set any of the empty slots on the posted schedule.
