The nail polish is great.  It reminded me of the year Sharon made cookies with symbols out of icing.

It is a remote camera. Meant for hunters. Night vision.

Artistic value is accidental.

It doesn't flash. Bunch of infrared LEDs turn on. Looks red to me.
