Hi a visitor from Finland  - asks ...  [He]  ls  on holiday /   and needs ride assistance.  does anyone know of a person to assist [Teppo]?  He will be  in New York and DVOA is hosting an June 8 orienteering event in Quail Hill Scout Camp. His hotel is near Madison Square Garden. Do You (DVOA'ers) know ...  anybody coming from that direction? Quail Hill Scout Camp (Manalapan, NJ) seems to be difficult to reach by public transportation and it takes much time. That is also same day when I fly back to home (2100 pm JFK) so I need also ride back. What kind of event this is? Somewhere was said that starts times are between 10am – 1pm. In Finland is unofficial competitions where runners can start when they want. Is this the same?  (RR of course ) I am wondering this because if I can take part of this event I would like to start as early as possible that I don’t have to hurry because of flight.
