2014 Schedule

If you have already saved or printed out the schedule for this year make a new copy as a couple dates have been adjusted. Permissions are pending on lots of them but we have no reason to believe any of these dates will not be approved.

Reply by edscott on Mon Jan 27, 2014 at 8:22 pmThe Winter Meeting helped us fill in a lot of the 2014 schedule, but there are still several events that need to be covered. We also have several maps that do not appear on the schedule that could be used in place of the venues that do not yet have volunteers or permissions in place.Events that need covered or replaced with another venue:Core Creek 4/13/14 This is West Point A Meet Weekend. Probably should be on one of our less technical maps and can be a condensed set of courses. WYO Advanced, or WYOBrG, or Score ... Etc.Stuckey Pond 7/20/14: Could be any of the Water Gap maps. I picked Stucky Pond based on having a known parking area.Schuylkill Valley Nature Center Oct 4 2014 US Champs Weekend (Rochester NY) Beginners event. Any venue that is close to a population center will be fine. Pick a park near home and set White & Yellow courses.Delmont 10/5/14 US Champs Weekend (Rochester NY) No need to set a Blue. Could go with two advanced courses. Could be moved to another venue more convenient to the Event Director/Course Setter.Mt Penn - Pagoda 10/12/14 North Americans in Quebec. No need to set a BlueCrow's Nest 11/2/14 Good facilities.. pleasant place to run an event.Rodney 11/9/14 Mid Atlantics all courses plus a relay.Note that Ridley is not on the 2014 schedule because we are considering it for an A event sometime in 2015.Post here or email me if you can take responsibility for makiing sure one of these events happens.
