Thanks for a really fun course on a very hot day.  I took advantage of every stream crossing, including dipping my bandanna in to keep my shirt wet,  The breeze also helped .  I think I was too busy drinking gatoraid at the finish to really talk to anyone.

Thanks from me too. John G took an orienteer with an injured finger over to the new hospital, he gets a big pat on the back. Doug wrung interesting and challenging courses from the park, so I did an extra lap around the mulch area to check it out. I enjoyed the creek crossings. Mary was a great ED. I am very impressed --her education courses are probably our #1 source of new runners, and she deserves a lot of credit for her hard work (and Mark too). Btw, we should check all first aid kits for missing items. Bee sting season is coming soon. Looking forward to Ft. Washington next week. It's so nice to practically roll out of bed to an event.
