    Last year the Board voted to cut the epunch rental fee from $1 to "free" for all DVOA members.  Recently the Board also voted to reduce the compass rental fee for all DVOA members at local events to "free".  You still need to leave keys or your driver's license to borrow and epunch/compass but there is now no fee for members.
