I'm sorry to report bad news. Steve was involved in a severe accident last Thursday and is now in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He slid on an icy road and hit a telephone pole: broken ribs, elbow, pelvis... dislocated shoulder. Prognosis is good after two surgeries but it will be a long time healing. If you'd like to visit, see the Hospital (http://www.lvhn.org/facilities_directions/hospital_locations/lehigh_valley_hospital_cedar_crest) for the details. Best bet though would be to email him, either through DVOA or his own email account (ask me privately if you need it).

Steve,  hope you feel better soon.  After 4 knee surgeries I know how long it takes---too long.  Just keep asking for the pain meds.  Pat Burton RN

thank you one and all, although I am tired being on this end of the gratitude.

things are going well. I plan on being home soon, and driving Sharon nuts. Food is starting to have some appeal again, and I can maneuver with in my bed space. Soon I will get a wheel chair for home use, and then God help us all.
I can feel all of the positive Karma! You guys are champs!

Well,  I am home now. Special thanks to the Hartley's for lending some medical supplies. Also to the
Urban' who offered the same, but live farther away.

As you know, Sharon can be a saint, and I am  taking every  advantage.

Len, Rich, Petr, and Roger, I will gladly use your assistance at Saucon Creek. When my mobility gets a little more defined, we will have to divide up the work load.
