I'm assuming it is since nothing has been said to the contrary.  Guy O has sent me directions and other data about the event to add to the schedule within the past week.

Bob Rycharski just emailed me that they are in final talks and hope to have a permit tomorrow. There are some trees down, but the park seems to be open to the general public.. dog walkers and the like.. so they are hopeful that Orienteering will be allowed.
