The weather was very nice, there was even a large black snake seen sunning on a rock. The following stepped up and contributed to the success of the event many thanks to: Carol Kluchinski, Don Kluchinski, Mike Carter,Ed Scott, Mary Plunkett, John Gillette, Carol Fink, Bob Fink, Kathy Urban, and Bob Gross.

..and a great day in the woods.  I really enjoyed a score event that allowed me to visit every control.  Sure, others did it much faster, but I got to do the whole thing without a penalty.  Smile

Yep, I agree: A great day, especially this far into October, to be ambling around in the woods. Thanks to all who made it happen. Even found a geocache on the way home. If I'd found all the controls as fast as I found the cache, you'd be looking at first place. But uh uh.

Sorry Dave, Kathy and Bob for holding up the show with control pick-up. I sometimes get in exploring mode and lose track of time. Good thing I followed you guys out, the loop around the gate had it's own locked gate.

    Thanks for the event.

    Mike
