As the person appointed/ volunteering to head up the setup/takedown of the event arenas each day I am requesting two or three able bodied early risers to assist in these activities.
We will be erecting the tents, setting up the required tables, chairs, generators, cords, etc, streamering finish chutes, out of bounds areas, making sure direction signage is in place. directing workers to parking areas, helping in any way needed  to make the arena areas safe and efficient.
The main concern will be the morning. The afternoon takedown has no deadlines.
Interested persons should contact me directly as well as letting Sandy know of your generous desire to help out.
You will be able to make any start time you have been assigned.
