    A beautiful vase of flowers arrived this afternoon from DVOA.  I'm recovering and my technicolor bruises will be gone soon.  I am so grateful for all your help on Saturday at the Willows.  I am enjoying all the attention and hope to be able to thank everyone in person soon.  I suffered no permanent damage and I have a new awareness of my limitations!
