As a new member I thought I'd take this opportunity to thank all the volunteers and course setters.

Being new to the game I'm sure it will show in my responses.

Yesterday's weather and course were just the best.

The only draw back, if it could be called that, is that there wasn't a Blue course.

It's a shame the creek was high or that section to the north of it looks like there could've been some real great placements tucked away up there.

Some nice placements such as 17 red that hide the water in the divot so it could not be seen from a distance and give the placement away.

Going up to, I believe it was 12 on the red, also had the control hidden pretty nicely if taking a straight on attack from the trail fork.

The one's that were out in the open between the creek and the first path south of it amongst the rocks and stream beds and ditches had people criss crossing all over the place and one had to be pay attention not to punch wrong control.

Nice catch points for the most part if over shot the contols as well which I manged to do a few times.

    Good work setter
