Transfers of e-punch kits for the month of March have been communicated to the event directors. Due to the fact that I wil not be available for most of March here is the schedule for all to refer to should question arise as to who gets what from whom when.
Blue kit from Fair Hil transfers to Colliier's Mills -------------------------------Mar 13th event
Blue kit from Collier's Mills transfers to Norristown Farms Park...............Mar 26th event
Red kit from Antietam transfers to Warwick-----------------------------------Mar 27th event

           All event directors:
Please check all inventory when receiving kit and then again before departing your event for the day. Report any discrepencies right here on this thread so any downline directors are aware of issues and have time to resolve them before their event. Counting before going home is very important as there has been more than one occassion that inventory has been left in the woods.

Bob Fink and Mary; please retain possesion of your kits. My plan is to attend Warwick and pick up both kits and give them a good once over. If I don't show at Warwick I will contact you.
Currently there is no ED listed for Governor Dick on Apr.3rd. Whoever that will be, hang tight, the kit will get to you in time. If you want the computer from the Blue kit you may get that from Bob Fink, but only the computer kit please. If the printer paper is running low check the Red kit as I will send extra with that kit.
If any of this isn't what you thought please contact me before 6:pm Wed. Mar 9th.
Stakes are the most likely item to come up short. There will be extras with the Red kit.

Wishing you all fabulous late winter and early spring orienteering weather.

    Ron
