    What a great day it was! Thanks to all who came to enjoy the last event of the 2014 DVOA Orienteering Season—the 2014 White Clay Creek Deer Dash!

    It takes a village to put together a great event, and today’s meet would not be possible without the help of many DVOA volunteers! A heartfelt Thank You to all those below, and many others who gave a hand in big and little ways throughout the course of the day!

    Thank you, Dasha, Clem, and everyone who helped to put on this event. 

    I enjoyed the Brown course (except for that last up-hill climb from the gully to the go control!).

    It was good to see people sticking around after completing their course. That was due in part, I'm sure, to the mild weather (for mid-December) and in part to the chili and other refreshments that Ann M provided.
