Something fun for next year in its early developments...

Events on 3/15, 4/4, 5/3, 6/7 will make up a "Chester County Series".  The last event is the summer picnic (early next year b/c of my wedding ) which will have regular courses followed by a celebration at Springton Manor Farm.

I had sketched out some thoughts on what this will look like.  It will have a competition component, but also some other twists & fun.  And the other idea is, as a series, the 4 events can be promoted easier, and allow newbies to know the next local (to them) is only a few weeks away!

I like this idea. I have always felt that we lose rookies when we tell them that next week is two hours away. Of course the second part of this idea will be to move it to other counties as time goes by.

I wish Len!  The summer picnic will have traditional courses (MAYBE a sprint) instead of a bike/relay thing (though I fully expect that to make a comeback, sometime).  Hmmm, our wedding is pretty close to PEEC...

My thoughts exactly Steve- the most common question from Sunday from newbies hadn't dealt with that day's course; instead it was... "When is the next one?"

I made a "stormboard", but it's limited before you have to pay.
