If you haven't read the ED/CS notes, registration is at a new location that has not been used in the past. The Berks County Parks department has recently purchased the Angora Fruit Farm and is using it as their new Nature Center. Click on the map for the Antietam event on the DVOA website or If you use 530 Angora Road, Reading, PA in Google Maps, it will get you very close.
