Delmont adding a sprint course

    I had a lot of fun at the mid Atlantics last weekend and the relay got me thinking of this comming weekend's event. This is a good map for a sprint as I can keep the course off the steep and rocky areas and it is at 5000 scale map.

    So, this weekend come out early and run your regular course, then give the sprint a try for just $3 more. 
    2.2k 60m climb and 11 controls.
