Sooo, we don't have any new courses, but are hoping to at least have the beginners program, if we can use an old White course, or the permanent course.  I asked SCEE about the permanent course, and they don't have maps on hand, as it is only used infrequently.  Does DVOA have maps for the permanent course?

I tried an old "White A" course today (from the phone o?) and it would probably be OK.  I suppose we could copy that to blank maps, if no old White course maps are available or re-printable.

By the way, this is on the SCEE website, is this correct? - Participants in the beginner’s course will have the map fee waived.

OK, it rained just enough to cancel the wedding that would have taken place in the gazebo that we used for start & finish, but stopped by the time the beginners were ready to start running after the class.  No epunch, so I sent the results to the webmaster, assuming they don't go to Kent anymore.

Thanks to Mary Frank for advice and materials, and thanks to Arman Hoseyni, our scout volunteer from Radnor. This was a small event, so Arman helped with everything - control hanging, registration, start/finish, control pickup and cleanup.  Arman is working towards an Orienteering merit badge.
