    Yes it's time to start the planning.  This year I'm trying a new method concentrating on recruiting course setters ahead of event directors.  The plan is to get park permissions as soon as the course setter is established.  Anyone that wants set courses this year please pick a map and a date and email Ed Scott.. The sooner the better.  I'll be entering a tentative 2011 schedule over the next couple weeks.

    The tentative schedule for 2011 is on the website.  We need lot of volunteers to make this all happen.  It's essential to get course setters committed to do these events ASAP so we can go ahead with permissions.  We will begin the permission process as soon as we have course setter and an approximate registration/start/finish area established.
