To all event director who aren't getting the message:

Please dig deep and understand the importance of counting all the e-punch equipment when you receive it and then AGAIN when it is collected at the conclusion of you event. Do not wait until you get home to count. Count before your pickup people leave the collection area.
This is a simple process which seems to be very difficult.
Once again someone would be receiving an incomplete kit if an interim person was not checking as the blue kit it short and no report was made that items are missing. Would you want to be the one on the receiving end ?
Please be fair to  the next E.D. to get your kit and COUNT.
Really important:  report the status of the kit to the e-punch equipment manager promptly following your event.
As the E.D. if you have assigned this reponsibility to someone else please follow up with that person to ensure all as been addressed.

Thanks to all for understanding why the count is so important to others.

    Ron Bortz
    E-Punch Equipment Manager
