Renewal Notification E-mails

    Earlier this week an automated e-mail notification was sent out to all 2011 members who had not yet renewed their memberships for 2012.  In response to that e-mail we found that many members did not know the username that is required to do the on-line renewal.  Therefore, this morning a second notification was sent out which includes the username that should be used to do the on-line renewal on our website.

    I want to apologize for the extra e-mails in your in-box.  We thank you for your patience as we continue to work out kinks in the on-line membership system.  Your cooperation will help us to maintain accuracte and efficient membership data for the club.

    By the way, I hope to see everyone out at Ft. Washington tomorrow.  The rain should be over and it should be a good day in the woods.
