The most frequently asked question of members trying to use the on-line renewal is "I don't know my username or password. How can I use on-line renewal?" Let me try to answer these questions to help those of you who have not yet renewed.
If you created your own username you probably remember it. However, if you were assigned a default username it is probably your first initial and last name (no spaces or punctuation). If you are unsure, please try the default username before contacting the membership database coordinator.
Passwords are encrypted before being saved. Therefore they cannot be retrieved. If you know your username, but have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot my password" link and a new one will be created and emailed to you. It will be sent to the email address on record for you.
If you are still having problems with the on-line renewal process, please feel free to contact me and I will try to resolve any issues.
One of the advantages of the on-line membership database is that you can review and correct all of your membership details (i.e. postal address, e-mail address, year of birth, phone number, etc.). So please take the time to review your details in the database to help us maintain accurate records.
PS - Thanks to all of you who have already renewed your memberships for 2012.
