I can't attend Winter Mtg. Need vol to announce results & give awards/plaques

    Something has come up and I will not be able to attend the winter meeting and announce club results for the past season and recognize the winners of various awards, plaques and trophies. Is there someone, preferably within 30 mins of West Chester, to whom I can pass the stuff on that is willing to take this on this year?
