Does anyone know the agenda of activities for the afternnoon for this year's winter meeting?

This was in the Briar Patch, not sure if it is the information you are looking for or not.


2:pm doors open
2:30 - 5pm activities like training, presentation, etc.
5-6pm - Potluck dinner
6-8pm - general meeting and elections.

Thanks Mike but I'm looking for what will be going on in the 2:30 to 5PM time slot.  I know the rest.  Looking to see if there will be any trainings or presentations that would interest me.

I was planning to do a brief presentation about DVOA's plans for Jukola this summer and also I hope that there may be a talk or working group getting together about plans for NAOC.

Ed, I have no plans for a silent auction and I don't know of anyone else doing it.

I have a donation for the auction if it comes about. I don't know how much money it ussually makes, but I always look forward to it.

There will be a meeting for anyone interested in an update on plans for NAOC 2012 starting at 3:30.  I expect it to last about 45 minutes.  Everyone is welcome, but I would particularly like to encourage anyone who is interested in volunteering to attend to find out about all the possible opportunities.

I may be totally blind or missing/forgetting things, but when should we begin arriving on Saturday Morning?

Normal 10 am start times for those so inclined?

The DVOA winter meeting and potluck supper will be held Saturday, January 25 at Zion Lutheran Church

I am assuming that this note on the front page of the site is a typo and that the events on sat Jan 21?
