Bob: I tried to drum up some interest in RMOF and the relay champs at the summer meeting, pointing out how many relay champs DVOA has won in the past few years, but didn't seem to get any takers, so there may be no DVOA team competing, although we should not have much trouble pulling together a non-club 8 or 12 point team.
I am driving out myself starting that Tuesday, but I want to have my own car, since I will be visiting my sister outside of Denver for part of the time.  I would be interested in sharing a campsite since I will be taking a small tent and plan on some camping.  My current plan is to camp Friday and Saturday nights, go to my sister's Sunday, skip the sprint and camp again Monday and Tuesday nights.  My only camping experiences in the area were at Lake George, which was not a campground, but an area set up for orienteers at earlier 1000 days events.  There are two campgrounds near Lake George: Round Mt., which is on an O map, and Blue Mt., which is across the road from a different O map. I don't know much about the campgrounds around Woodland Park.  I do not know if you noticed, but they have changed to locations of the first two days, and the first day is now going to be at an area which I think is 9000'+, which is why I particularly want to camp at elevation the night before, rather than driving up from Denver area Saturday morning.  I don't like to put my e-mail address out on the web, but I think you can get me through the DVOA message system.  If not, Mary and Ed have the address.

Anybody has an ability now to send e-mails to people who set up an account within DVOA e-board. Just point your mouse at login name (nick name) of the person you want to send an e-mail and right left-click.
