What time does the Mass Start. -- Start?     and  its 2 hour limit?

Steve is not correct. It is a mass start at 11AM finishing at 1PM. I'll get complete ED/CS notes out Monday. I posted something earlier on the eboard minus some details (like start time) with the general rules.
