Ed's back is giving him some trouble and he may not be able to put the controls/flags out on Saturday as planned.  There are 20 of them.

I will be able to put some out late this afternoon/evening.

If anyone is free Saturday to hang the rest of them, it would be a great help.

I do have most of the help I need to run the event, though I do not have the critical am shift for epunch filled.  It's 9:45-12pm.  It has become more critical, with Ed not at 100 percent.

So far I have 3 for control pick up, but Erik Eddy may have to do some work at Mt. Penn instead.  Please ask at the event if I have enough help to pick up.

The total job is less than 3 man hours.  Bob Gross is doing one of them in the morning. My back is very unpredictable but we can get the job done with one more helper on Saturday.  I have keys to the gates so could drive someone in to save hiking and/or wire walking.

I got 10 of the flags out and water to the main stop this evening.  If someone can donate a little time tomorrow to help Bob to finish up that would be great.  Ed has everything ready to go at the shed.

Got the last volunteer I needed. Bob G. is in the woods now and 4 more will go in this afternoon. I can do the two near the start/finish area in the morning.  Come and enjoy what should be some very fast courses.

Courses are set.  Come and enjoy what I think will be some fast and comfortable courses.
