Planning Meeting at Victory December 16th

Topic created by ErikEddy on Wed Dec 7, 2016 at 4:22 pmI am looking into having a get together at Victory BrewPub in Downingtown on the 16th. Two agenda items are to make a schedule for 2017 (at least spring) with input from potential course setters and event directors. 2017 is a big year and we want to be ready!They have a really cool circle table which can fit about 15 people and is available 5:30-7:30 or 8-10.
We are a big club so this could be 8 people or 50. Please post if you are interested in getting together that night. I will also poll Facebook. I can just reserve a few regular tables nearby if there is interest > 15 . -

Please note that Mary F and I met with the rangers at FC last week and we have scheduled a 12/6 hour rogaine for Saturday 7/8. I have also volunteered to design, but not direct, both the Saturday night O and Sunday full slate at the Hickory Run training weekend. As far as I know, we are still looking for a cook for the training weekend.I hope this evening is very successful, and be sure to tip one in my name.Steve

We are always to happy to help out when we can Please note that our son is getting married week of March 25 so we moved quail hill to the week before I see that Hybernia is slotted for that weekend. I love Hybernia! I am sure we will come out with a good schedule Pat
