As of now we have no courstters for either of the events for the Annual Training weekend at Hickory Run. This is a big weekend for our club every year but especially this year with the 2016 US Classic Champions  event the following weekend and the 2016 North America Orienteering Champions two weeks after our training weekend.  The Saturday night O is a fun event for everyone and easy to set courses for. There are 3 courses,  a beginner course (a white level), an immediate course (yellow level), and an advance course  (orange /brown). Remember that this courses are done with a flashlight in the dark so that adds to the challenge of them and everyone is tired from a day of training as well.   The Sunday event is regular set of courses like any other Sunday event done by the club with two exceptions. The start windows is 10 to noon and you need register for your course on the training weekend site to receive the course map you want to run otherwise you will only be able to run on the courses we have extra maps.  A plus for the course setter for these events is there is one or two persons available to help hang controls on Saturday.  So please give serious consideration to setting courses for either of these events to make DVOA'S 2016 Annual Training Weekend a success as always.   if interested contact either myself or Fred  Krusei for more information.
