Water Gap Weekend - Fees go up May 1

Topic created by Sandy on Tue Apr 19, 2016 at 11:59 amA reminder that the rogaine scheduled for June 5 requires pre-registration and that the fees go up on May 1st. So if you're planning to come, don't delay, click on over to register!
All the details for the event are in the flyer but here's a quick synopsis:
- two sprints around the PEEC campus on Saturday afternoon and evening (fundraiser for the USA Team)
- cabin space, dinner and breakfast available at PEEC for Saturday evening to Sunday morning
- 6 hour rogaine on the Stuckey Pond and Spackman Creek maps on Sunday
- hot food provided by PEEC post rogaine included in registration fee
- souvenir item for all rogaine participants

Reply by Sandy on Sat Apr 30, 2016 at 9:25 pmJust spent the day putting out more stakes and streamers for the rogaine. The woods are beautiful and some of the control points boast stunning views. It's going to be awesome. We've pushed back the early discount deadline until Monday so if you have one more day (Sunday) to get those entries in at the discounted rate. PEEC is providing the post-rogaine food and there will be a Bob Gross designed souvenir for all participants.
