What a great day at Norristown Farm Park!  The weather was great, the courses couldn't be better, and folks we haven't seen in ages and lots of newbies were there.  The results are up, and photos will be available tomorrow (check back then).  Thank you to everyone.

By the time that humongous chocolate covered and cream filled goodie was sliced, I had stowed the camera. We would have to beat off volunteers if they knew you had been so generous with the post meet treat! And this was on top of Olga's delicious pumpkin bread and hot dogs and bakery cookies for the juniors. It was quite a day, goody-wise. And speaking of eating, it was funny to see that last red team at the picnic table scarfing up everything left over. Those young men can put away the groceries.

In fairness, I "owed" the Rileys the enormous edible, and they decided (with my wholehearted blessing) to share it with all the volunteers.  A very good decision, since that meant they only had to bring home about a 5th of the original pastry... Cool
