E-PUNCH OPERATORS LIST: ARE YOU ON IT ?

    Time to make the list.
    Most Event Directors strain to get e-punch operators signed up in advance of their events.
    There has been numerous discussions of getting a list together of operators for EDs needs.
    We need names and addresses (physical and email) and probably phone of all the operators in the club.
    This list should be on the EDs page in a format allowing for one click broadcast to all on the list with the option of selecting individuals to send a message to.
    I have a list of operators which is by no means complete.
    Being on the list in no way obligates anyone to helping at any particular event, it just helps EDs track down possible helpers.
    If you would want to be on this list send me an email with your contact info (I have many but would appreciate verification of your agreement to be on the list).
    There are those who do not read the eboard on a regular (if ever) basis. Should you think of an operator who might be one of these and you have contact info for them send it to me and I will reach out to them. 
    Thoughts on how to make the task of securing e-punch help easier and more friendly are appreciated.

    Yes, I (the ED) seek a Morning E Punch Setup person and Operator For the 17 April Quail Hill Local O Event, in NJ - Kathy Urban was volunteered for the 2nd E punch computer shift (at Quail)  so another person Volunteering is Highly desireable.  This is a small Local event but needs the Computer, else we have to ask Bob Burg to attach the red Pin Punches for the beginner courses in the 10 to 11:30 time frame.  PLease contact Bob (ED) or Bob (CS) asap.  PS  If you are coming from afar to sweeten the vol Deal, if you need incentive, I can entertain fuel allotment assistance.   The only other suggestion is to Newly volunteer to learn the E punch system at Warwick or Norristown April events, and then ply those new skills at Quail Hill ... NJ
