We have permission to do an event on the Camp Rodney map May 1, 2016.  Need both an event director and a course setter.  There is lots of good terrain to work with and good facilities for an event center so both jobs should be fun and stress free. Contact me or post here if you are willing to cover either position.

Aren't the courses already set from the canceled event?

Cancelled event was at Elk Neck. As far as I know we have not requested a date there or applied for permission.

I believe there were two cancelled events. A Camp Rodney AND an Elk Neck.

Yes, if you open the full year schedule there was a Rodney Oct 11th cancelled and Elk Neck was Oct 25th.

Yes.. The Rodney courses never happened, but the Elk Neck ones are done and are waiting for a date to be established.

Tom Mentrak picked up the equipment for Camp Rodney just days before the event was to happen, so the courses should have been done or almost done.  I'm sure of this because I met him at Brandywine to do the switch.
