Hickory Run Training Weekend

Topic created by edscott on Tue Jun 9, 2015 at 10:09 amWe need to get some key volunteers in place for our annual training weekend on September 19 & 20. Many positions are already covered but two key positions need to be filled.
Saturday Night-O Course setter
· Who will be responsible for:
o Designing courses. Start needs to be at the infirmary and finish at the dining hall.
o Ensuring that flags get into and out of woods.
o Ensure flags and reflectors get to the event.
o Ensure that the disposition of the flags and reflectors is established
Sunday Event director
· Who will be responsible for:
o Ensuring the kit gets to the event.
o Ensure the disposition of the kit is established.
o Getting workers for start and finish.
o Arrange for control pick-up.
