2015 Scheduling

Topic created by edscott on Thu Mar 12, 2015 at 10:27 amI realize many of our regular volunteers are busy with the upcoming A event, but much of the rest of our 2015 schedule is in limbo. We must get our parks reserved if we are to salvage the rest of the year. Please take a few minutes to look at the proposed schedule and see where you might fit in as a course setter or event director so we can start the permission process. There is some flexibility on venues that are not yet covered and confirmed.

We need lots of volunteers to make the rest of the year as much fun as this past weekend. Email me or post here where you are willing to help as an event director or course setter. Some venues and dates are flexible, some are less so, and some are not. Please look over the list and make one of these weekends your contribution to our club.
