DVOA's 2014 Hickory Run Training weekend registration is open and ready for your registraion.  This year's weekend will be here before we know it as Labor Day is the earliest it can be at September 1.  The training weekend is the third weekend of September, the 13, 14, and 15.  This is a great weekend to learn new skills, brush up on all of your skills and to have a great time with our club members.  As always we are looking for help in the kitchen and for both the Night O event and the Sunday event, so please visit the volunteer page to sign up to help. 

Also if you are not coming for the entire weekend but plan to run a course on Sunday, you need to pre-register on the registration page for your course and then pay for your map upon arriving Sunday.  If you do not pre-register, you will pay the non-member fee of $10 on Sunday and will run whateven extra maps we have available when you arrive.  We make extra maps before going up for the weekend but once up there we have not way to make extra maps so that is why pre-registration is advised to all hoping to run on Sunday.  ALSO REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 12 NOON FOR SUNDAYS COURSES!!!!!  We have the entire camp to cleanup as well as pick up controls and need to get out of the camp as quickly as possible Sunday afternoon.
