I jave recently posted my NJ Quail Hill June 8 volunteers wanted for that smaller Scout O event in Manalapan, NJ
PLease spead the word at this weekends O meet to encourage BSA and GS USA troops and partrols to consider coming also to <- Quail Hill Scout O -> , info forms for Scouts at www.scoutorienteering.com
Scout Pre-registration needed by or before 25 May
DVOA and USOF members this is still a Walk on event, no registration for you all (just show up)
TO Help incentOvize you all to attend, some Press Release highlights, as much as I know'
1. NEW REVISED Quail Hill map - we remapped a New woodwn foot bridge, and a few new minor buildings
2. No Laser Tag at camp (the commercial operation failed and was kicked out of camp as a result of Hurricane Sandy) - More O terrain to revisit that has grown a bit wilder and greener since we last used it about 8 years ago
3. which means no QH Shortages of Parking spaces (although we still recomend to go green and car pool)
4. Great Courses from Jr member DVOA Zak Barker, the Quail course designer.
5. and as Always , cookies to all volunteers whom help me help run this 13th Anniversary O run at Quail Hill
PS and a special prize for a Special Caroline & Kent Ringo Yellow level Trivia O course for Juniors - Bring 13 or 1 pencils (13 trivia or general knowlege questions will be asked ...)
It wil be the LOngest day, the LOngest Orienteering day, only if I do get your Support, and please, watch out for the memorial Muddie Annie control - its a bit ranker and boggier this year ...
