Does anyone know of any decent tent camping within a 20 minute drive from the A meet this weekend?

You can try Lum's Pond State Park in DE

We've stayed at Lums Pond State Park (DE) before during one of the previous Fair Hill meets. It's about 20 min south of White Clay and about 30 min from Fair Hill.

Elk Neck State Park is about 30-40 minutes away.
