Winter Meeting

Topic created by kathyu on Wed Jan 22, 2014 at 7:09 pmIf you've never come to the Winter meeting, set aside Saturday for a fun time. There are always some interesting presentations and discussions in the afternoon, followed by a silent auction (and sounds like some real auction action)to benefit the juniors. A great pot luck dinner features whatever, but it's always delicious. If you can't bring a dish, you can be Joey bag o donuts. The club meeting after the food features all kinds of club business, esp awards and recognitions. So new members, don't be shy, you will be very welcome. The next day is the president's cup, which is at Warwick this year. Watch this board for the schedule of presentations.

- 6:30 PM Juniors - Movie: Despicable Me or bring one to share

- 6:30 - 8 PM or so: Adults - Winter Meeting
