Hope this helps,

I'm in philly for most of june and trying hard to figure out how to get in as much training as I can before leaving for woc. -

Reply by wilburdeb on Thu May 30, 2013 at 5:53 pmHi,
I am 75% certain that Zac is going to run a non-flagged sprint at Lehigh in the morning then a longish middle course on South Mountain after lunch on Saturday. The middle course is going to use a subset of permanent course markers. The sprint will be starting near the top and running mostly downhill. You can join us (I can bring the maps) or we can even carpool.
