Topic created by Hesketh on Mon Apr 29, 2013 at 7:31 pmCongratulations to the DVOA member's that competed in the Billygoat Competition on 21 April 2013!Wyatt Riley won the competition with a time of 90 minutes and 10s. Sergei Zhyk was in 3rd with only 1 min and 26s behind followed by our own president, Vadim Masalkov, in 9th with a time of 100 min 58s. That's 3 DVOA'ers in the top 10! The Billygoat competition was held at Holyoke Range State Park in Amherst, MA on Sunday, April 21, 2013! This is a unique orienteering race that has a mass start and with a minimum course length of 12 km! And the amazing part of this race is you get to skip one of the controls, but you have to punch the first control! So why did Wyatt and 17 other people skip the 22nd control? There must be a story behind this!
