DVOA at West Point A Meet

Is there any planned DVOA activities at the West Point A Meet? Saturday night dinner?

Is anyone camping and have a recommendation? Or is it too cold? I can only find Beaver Pond State Park which is 14 miles south of West Point Academy and just east of Harriman State park.
