You can track A-meet schedule at Orienteering USA. Or better yet, if you are not already a member sign up for OUSA membership and get all the benefits thereof. -
Reply by Vadim on Mon Apr 22, 2013 at 9:57 amThere were no volunteers to host local meet, so, there will be no event this weekend. As Ron pointed out, the West Point A-Meet will be held same weekend and some of us will be there.
We are all volunteers organization and we cannot expect only certain group of people doing all the courses and organizing all the events. Others should give back to the club as well. -
Reply by edscott on Mon Apr 22, 2013 at 10:57 amThere was an event posted for April 28 for abpout 6 months, but no one responded as an event director or a course setter. Although we did have a volunteer to be an assistant CS, that venue requires some past course setting experience to be successful. We are still in a position to schedule a Governor Dick Event next spring if an experienced CS/ED will step up and look over the courses and help oversee the event. We have to continue to pass our experience on to the next generation of orienteers if we are to survive.

Fair Hill is a Go. I hope to have the Course notes posted for webmaster check tonight. The volunteer list is up, so if you are available I could use the assistance. Ralph is not up on the page, because he will not be available the day of the meet. He has set some wonderful courses, though, and I look forward to a great event.
