The annual Hickory Run training weekend is the beginning of September.  We need two course setters, one for the night O and one to do the courses for the Sunday local event.  The Night O has three courses, Beginner, advance beginner and advance.  On Sunday we have a complete set of courses  for a regular schedule DVOA  local event.  The Sunday courses are not to be overly long and  use control locations that can be used by more than one advance course.  Also the advance course can have an remote location for the start as long as it is easily assessible from Camp Daddy Allen.  W & Y courses start somewhere in the camp and all courses finish at the camp Dinning Hall.  Night O need to start at the Infirmatry and finish at the dinning hall as well.   The reason for these guidelines is to help the people running the camp to be able to get things done to cleanup of the camp to go home and to make the movement of people easier to handle.  A number of us are at the camp from Friday morning until the close of courses and the p/u of all controls and would like to go home to our families for dinner on Sunday night.  I am the Event Director for both events and will handle help to run the meets and find people to pick-up the controls.  The course is asked to please plan on setting the controls and if they need help I will assist in finding that help.

    thanks
