Endurance Sports Expo -Oaks PA 2/23/13 & 2/24/13

The Endurance Sports Expo returns to Oaks PA Saturday February 23rd and Sunday February 24th, 2013.
DVOA will be there sharing space as last year with GOALS.
The Expo will be from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sundat
To be able to staff the space we will need 2-3 volunteers per shift to be available to discuss orienteering,
hand-out information and maps. We will need members to arrive for the first shift early to allow time to set-up and the last shift on Sunday will need to tear down our display.

Shift 1 9:30am to 11am
Shift 2 11am to 1pm

Clem and I can help. We can take the Saturday morning shift and set-up (if we could get all the materials somehow--we would not be able to get to your guys' place before then)--we could do 9:30 to 1pm. We also have a few posters from last year. I know Mike Carter wanted to help as well (you should have his info in an email).

Looking for more volunteers for Sunday and as always more on Saturday It would be great to have about 3 people for each shift. Either respond here or send me an email at orienteer7@aol.com
