Outline for the Winter Meeting Day....

Scrapbooks and the Library will be available to review from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Clinics:
Mapmaking Clinic by Bob Burg from 3 to 4:30 pm ish. Learn how a map is made and maybe obtain some insite on how your course will be designed... We could also use some people's talent to assist in making some school type maps in the area or even simple county type parks for programs.
Junior Clinic with Janet Porter from 4 - 5 pm ish. Help DVOA develop our youth program and meet Erin Schirm of OUSA, Junior Development Coordinator. The discussion will be about how to keep the youth excited in the area, how to get more youth, what type of trainings to have, etc.
Marketing/Membership with Mark Frank 4 - 5 pm ish. Help DVOA strategize and discuss ways to expand our club's membership. Meet Glenn Schorr of OUSA. Let's work on developing our membership again so that we can share the work and share the fun.
Discussions are continual. Meet someone new at the meeting. Share some stories.
5:30 to 6:30 pm is pot luck dinner time. Bring a dish to share. Bring your own silverware, plate and drink. Share from dessert to veggie dish to main dish. All is welcome.
6:30 pm Winter Meeting begins where we discuss issues from 2012. Youth will have an opportunity to watch a movie while this is occurring. Vote for a Board Member. Some Awards will be given away as well. All are Welcome!!!!
8:30 pm clean up. -
